1. Interface Structure

  • MIL-DTL-5015: Features a single-threaded coupling structure with a single-positioning slot, which prevents incorrect insertion via keying.

  • VG-95234: Uses a bayonet coupling (quick-connect), making it a faster alternative to MIL-DTL-5015, while maintaining compatibility in shell size.

  • MIL-DTL-26482: Uses a bayonet coupling with three locking hooks and five-positioning slots. This allows for keying to prevent incorrect insertion and provides blind-mate capabilities.

  • MIL-DTL-38999: Available in multiple coupling types, including bayonet, threaded, and push-pull. Series I and II offer traditional bayonet coupling, while Series III features tri-star threaded coupling with an anti-loosening mechanism and self-locking functionality.

  • MIL-DTL-38999: Features the highest performance, utilizing advanced composite materials. It performs excellently in high-vibration environments and offers better reliability, anti-misalignment, and longer lifespan. It is lightweight, with high-density packing, high-temperature resistance, shockproof, and EMI/RFI shielding.
